The Strength Tree is one of my favorite activities because it helps clients see things they often overlook: the strengths they already have. And when people are willing to do that work, the results can be life changing Being a therapist is one of the most rewarding jobs in the world, but some days are equal parts meaningful, exhausting, chaotic, and hilarious. I will always be there for my clients, though. Being a therapist right now means helping others navigate a difficult world while living in it too. One of the funniest things about being a therapist is realizing that having the training doesn't magically exempt you from being a person The therapist you're emailing: When a client says, "You're the first therapist I've felt comfortable being myself with." You don't need insurance to begin healing. 💜 Therapist POV: when your client disappears into the wild for months and then casually schedules a session like absolutely nothing happened
