
Most of you know that I’ve been on a journey to reduce the amount of stress in my life. First by adding essential oils & meditation, then by making a huge life decision to quit my career in recreation to pursue a masters degree and make a career change all together!
I have recently added yoga to my toolkit for stress relief/management, as well as exercise, and I am so excited to share this event with y’all. Our guest teacher, Anna Davis, is a MS local and a great Yoga teacher.
Please join me tonight, as we learn the benefits of yoga with some basic techniques that are suitable for any skill level. You don’t have to be an expert, you just have to be human, and have an open mind to try something new!
You don’t have to show your face on the Zoom, but there will be some giveaways for participating. So show up with a willingness to learn and if you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask (even if you just do it in a private message with me)!
